Oh my baby is almost 1. He took a step last night, but he didn't know it.  He has been cruising the furniture for a few months. He'll even push around chairs and laundry baskets.

He pushes his little cars around and makes noise for them-my question is how do boys know to do this???

He loves the kitchen cabinets right now. He unloads the containers and lids at least 3 times a day. He tries to play in the trash and likes to throw things out of the cabinets just to hear the clatter.

A few weeks ago he started getting really excited when Steve comes home, they are becoming buds!!!

He also has a thing for my necklaces now. He pulls open the bathroom cabinet and bangs on them until one falls down and then he'll slip one on,he likes my bracelets too.

Amazing things you do at 12 months:

Love Dad. High 5's, climb into the bathtub for fun, like to take showers. can clean out a cabinet in 2 seconds flat and then move on to make a new mess without looking back. Say Hi, dad, and mom. the couch and the kitchen table are climbing roosts. Love to be outside and cries when you have to come in for dinner. May I remind you that Rocks are not for consumption!

The 1st week of Oct you started walking. Arggg.

You love Pinto beans and strawberries. You take your diapers out to the trash can. you get talking on the phone already. you try to plug everything in. the other day you got the vacuum plugged in, I think it bit you b/c you were crying and holding your fingers. you clap your hands and like to hear the ABC's song.

November 2012
You got the flu. You were puking. It was a ruff few nights. I think that you lost a few pounds. I stopped nursing b/c you were just puking it back up, we were working on weaning anway.

December 2012
At your 15 month checkup you were 32 3/8 inches tall and 22.14 pounds.
You can reach things on the counter, such as steak knives. You like the computer. El plays 5 speckled frogs and 5 bears for you from Star Fall and you love it. You got so sick as we all did. you were just getting your strength back from the Thanksgiving flu. You were so sick and it took several days for you to perk up. I was thinking that you were so calm and sweet and then you started feeling better and getting into all kinds of mischief and then I remembered how exhausting it is being your mom-but I love you dude!

Your have weathered through a douboe ear infection and still have one in your right ear. You were blowing kisses to Ki last night, it was soooo cute! You say nigh nigh to Ki and Dad but not usually to El. You love to be outside!! Yesterday you were so busy adn happy when I finally realized that you were dipping your toothbrush in the toilet-awesome! You like to wear El's felt Tiger hat when you go outside to play.
